Webinar Description:

With the advent of COVID restrictions, hospital business offices have faced an unprecedented shift from business office-based work, to staff working remotely from homes. Productivity measurement has never been more crucial and must incorporate more than the total volume of accounts worked. This presentation will provide insight into the key processes and metrics that are integral to an effective and sustainable productivity program that will yield not just a higher volume, but a higher value of work performed by collectors.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Measuring collector effectiveness according to best practice quality and productivity
  2. Establishing a productivity policy that aligns staff and management incentives for success, with standard goals that are fair and achievable
  3. Creating exception-based account workflows that will ensure that each collector touches the right account at the right time
