Job Summary

With a patient centered culture, the System Director of Revenue Cycle Integration (RCI) will provide a positive experience to our customers by ensuring an optimal, efficient and patient friendly revenue cycle at all Mon Health System locations. The System Director of RCI will provide supervision and oversight for Mon Health Medical Center, Mon Health Preston Memorial, and Mon Health Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital. The System Director of RCI will be the primary point of contact for revenue cycle outreach initiatives including working with system and external providers to develop a strategy for revenue cycle support and/or payments. The System Director of RCI will serve as the project manager for assessment and implementation of developed strategic initiatives, implementation of new technical systems within the revenue cycle including the development of system workflows, implementation of system-wide processes, and assessment of revenue cycle performance.

Position Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Master’s degree, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) preferred.

Experience: 5 years management experience in revenue cycle operations or patient financial access services such as registration, scheduling, pre-certification and financial counseling, hospital billing or reimbursements. Previous experience performing assessments and integration projects in system hospital revenue cycles preferred.
