Accounts Payable Associate

Introduction:

Responsible to the Director of Finance for verifying that all invoices including agency and patient bills are paid at correct pricing, to minimize costs to the agency. Process vouchers for payment in a timely manner and maintain leases and depreciation schedules. Maintain fleet program up to and including licensing, tracking of mileage, etc. General accounting duties will include journal entries, monthly reports and reconciliations. Maintain agency contracts. Performs other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related work experience is required. Strong data entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy. Basic understanding of accounting is required. Ability to use relevant computer software. Strong mathematical, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work.
