Sandy is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Grant Memorial Hospital, a Regional Health Care Facility in Petersburg, WV. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minors in Business Administration and Economics from Frostburg State University in MD. Sandy has served as Program Chair for the past 2 years serves on various other HFMA committees.
Belinda Bennett,

Belinda has worked in Patient Accounting for over 20 years. She currently works at Plateau Medical Center as the Business Office Director. Belinda has a BS degree in Healthcare Administration from Kennedy Western University and is the recipient of the Follmer Bronze and the Sister Magdalene Lopez award. Belinda is married and has 2 children.

Dianna has worked in Health Care for many years and has had the pleasure of working at many area hospitals. She is currently the Manager of PFS at West Virginia University. Dianna is married and has 2 children, three step children and 5 grandchildren.
