Mike is the Vice President, Financial Policy at the West Virginia Hospital Association (WVHA), where he coordinates WVHA advocacy efforts and develops Association policy with regard to Medicare, Medicaid, other governmental payor financing issues and the development of managed care in West Virginia. He is a recipient of the Follmer Bronze, Reeves Silver, Muncie Gold, and the Founders Medal of Honor Awards.
Duties of the President
The President shall be the chief executive officer of the Chapter. He/she shall preside at all meetings as he/she deems necessary. It shall be his/her duty to exercise supervision over the activities and welfare of the Chapter and keep in constant touch with the members of the Board of Directors relative to matters of policy. He/she shall be responsible for maintaining regular communication with the President, National HFMA.

Jan is a Vice President in Employee Benefits at Wells Fargo Insurance Services in Charleston, WV. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Economics, emphasis in Accounting. She is a recipient of the Lucille P. Craft Award, the Walter R. Mitchell Award, and the Follmer Bronze Merit Award. She has previously served as Editor of the Chapter Newsletter, Co-chair of the Program Committee and Secretary/Treasurer. Jan is married and has one son, Charlie.
Duties of the President-Elect
In the absence of the President, or during his/her incapacity (as determined by the Board of Directors), the President's duties will be performed by the President-Elect. The President or the Board of Directors may assign such duties as will allow the President-Elect to familiarize himself/herself with the duties of the Presidency and the policies of the Chapter. The President-Elect shall have administrative responsibility for the Membership Directory and the Strategic Plan.

Danielle is the Assistant Director of Patient Accounts at United Hospital Center. She is a graduate of Fairmont State College with Bachelor's Degrees in Political Science and Sociology and holds a Certificate in Health Care Administration from West Virginia University. Danielle received the Sister Madeline Lopez award in 2003 and the Lucille P. Craft Award in 2004. Danielle and her husband Jeff have two children, Ashleigh and Daniel.
Duties of the Vice President
The Vice President shall perform all such duties and assume all such responsibilities of the President as he/she is assigned from time to time by the President. In the absence of both the President and President-Elect, or during the incapacity of both of them (as determined by the Board of Directors), the Vice President shall perform all duties and assume all responsibilities of the President until the vacancy in the office shall be filled in accordance with the Bylaws. The Vice President shall have administrative responsibility for the Program Committee and the Entertainment Committee, and for maintaining the Chapter's Founders Merit Award records. This position is also responsible for reporting all Davis Management System (DMS) scoring information to the National office.

Keith is a senior manager with Arnett & Foster PLLC, with responsibility for healthcare and Information Technology consulting projects. He is a graduate of Kent State University and West Virginia University and also an advanced member of HFMA.
Duties of the Secretary/Treasurer
The Secretary/Treasurer is responsible for maintaining all chapter records of meetings and communicating pertinent information to the appropriate members and other interested individuals. The duties also include the safekeeping, recording and disbursement of all chapter funds in accordance with established fiscal policy, Board direction and the annual operating budget.
